My stay was quite mixed. The hotel had a beautiful ambience and the staff were really lovely, always eager to help. The food was delightful and the view of the mountains is stunning. However, I did encounter issues with cleanliness during my stay which was disappointing, particularly regarding the room and dining experience.

Our stay at the Grand Emir Hotel and Spa was quite memorable, mainly due to the excellent service and clean environment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, and the hotel itself was incredibly well-maintained. While we enjoyed a variety of delicious food, we felt the breakfast could have offered more options. Overall, though, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to returning next year.

I recently stayed at the Grand Emir Spa and Hotel and overall, I had a great experience, especially with the family atmosphere and friendly staff. The dining was pleasant, with plenty of options provided, although not all meals were available during my stay due to the season. However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired and I encountered a few unusual smells during my time there. Nevertheless, the pools were enjoyable and the activities kept my family entertained.
